Dr. Emerson Eggerichs is an internationally known author and speaker on the topics of marriage, parenting, communication and more. Based on five decades of counseling as well as scientific and biblical research, he founded Love and Respect Ministries with his wife Sarah in 1999, which is actively impacting countless relationships all over the world.
Dr. Eggerichs has spoken to owners, coaches, players and spouses in the NFL, PGA and NBA. He has keynoted at national business events, professional counseling conventions and more. He’s addressed universities, mega churches, the U.S. military, CEO groups, and the poorest of the poor in India.
Getting his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Wheaton College he went on to be ordained at Dubuque Seminary, and holds a Ph.D. in Child and Family Ecology from Michigan State University. He has authored several books, including the New York Times bestseller Love and Respect which has sold over 2 million copies.Prior to launching the Love and Respect Conferences, Dr. Eggerichs was the senior pastor of East Lansing Trinity Church for nearly 20 years. Emerson and Sarah have been married since 1973 and have three adult children, and seven grandchildren.


is the father of five children and co-authored the marriage enrichment program United in Love, United in Christ with his late wife Elise. Together they served as co-directors of the Willwoods Community Faith & Marriage Apostolate for thirteen years. Jason holds a Master of Theological Studies from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute at Catholic University of America and has served in campus ministry, theology education, Catholic podcasting, and co-hosting Faith and Marriage Today on WLAE.

have been married 19 years and are parents to three daughters. Parishioners at St. Peter's in Covington and Mary Queen of Peace in Mandeville, they serve on the Willwoods Faith and Marriage Core Team. Their youngest daughter was born with a rare neurodevelopmental disorder, and their experience navigating that challenge alongside raising two teenagers shapes their core message: joy and peace are possible even in the most difficult circumstances.

met in youth ministry with NET Ministries and have been married 27 years. Through moves, job changes, and raising five children, seeking God's will has been their guiding purpose. They serve on the Willwoods Faith and Marriage Core Team, speak for Faith and Marriage, teach on couple prayer, and are active in the Catholic charismatic renewal — passionate about helping others live with confidence in God's plan for their lives.

have been married for 23 years and are the proud parents of sixchildren. As active parishioners of St. Catherine of Siena Parish, they are passionate aboutstrengthening marriages and families through their faith. Together, they lead the Marriage andFamily Life Ministry and serve as a marriage preparation mentor couple, accompanyingengaged couples as they prepare for the sacrament of marriage. They also plan and host NFPpresentations and Married Night Out events a few times throughout the year at St. Catherine.Scott and Michelle feel called and honored to serve by helping young couples build strong,Christ-centered relationships and fostering a culture of family life within their parish community.
